Can I install an optic plate on my Sig P365 X at home?

Yes. Remove the cover plate from the optic cut, screw the plate in and screw the red dot onto it. Put a drop of threadlocker on every screw. No milling and no gunsmith are needed.

Which red dots will fit my Sig P365 X?

It depends on the plate you choose. The plates here take the Trijicon RMR, Docter and C-More RTS footprints. Find the footprint of your red dot in its specifications and take the plate with the same footprint.
