This collection contains iron sights for Sig Sauer pistols. Most Sig P-series pistols share their sights, but the Optics Ready and Suppressor Ready variants need their own.
Sig P-series without optic cut
The P220, P225, P226, P227, P229 and P320 take one sight family. The P220, P225, P226 and P228 set also fits the P228. Available are LPA adjustable sights, adjustable rear sights and a single fiber optic front sight. Some sight sets fit only part of the family, for example the P229 and P320, or the P220, P225, P226 and P228. Check the models in the title. See Sights for Sig Sauer P226, Sights for Sig Sauer P229 and Sights for Sig Sauer P320.

Sight picture
The end of each title names the sight picture. Fiber optic is bright in daylight. Tritium glows in the dark. Luminescent dots charge in light and glow for a while. White dots and white lines give contrast without glowing. Blank sights have a plain grooved surface.
A title with "front sight" or "rear sight" means a single part. Most other sights are complete sets of front and rear sight.
Installation
Most sights sit in a dovetail. You drift the old sight out and the new one in with a sight pusher or a punch. See Installation tools.
For red dot mounts for Sig, see Red dot mounts for Sig Sauer models. For optic plates, see Optics ready plates for Sig models.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the sights on my Sig at home?
Yes, with a sight pusher or a punch. Drift the old sight out of the dovetail and push the new one in. If you do not have the tool, a gunsmith can do it for you. See Installation tools.
Which sights should I choose for my Sig?
It depends on how you shoot:
-
You use a red dot: co-witness sights. They are tall enough to see through the red dot window.
-
You want to zero for your ammunition or shoot competition: adjustable sights. You set windage and elevation with screws.
-
You shoot in poor light: tritium. It glows in the dark without charging.
-
You shoot in daylight, at the range or in competition: fiber optic.
Do P226 sights fit my P226 Optics Ready?
Not if you mount a red dot, because standard sights are hidden below it. For the Optics Ready, take the co-witness sights.
Which sights work with a suppressor?
The Suppressor Ready co-witness sights for the P220, P226, P229 and P320. They are tall enough to see over the suppressor.
Do I get both the front and the rear sight?
Yes, unless the title says "front sight" or "rear sight". Then you get only that part.
